SHIMANO BIOMASTER 8000 XS-B
The 8000 sized Biomaster offers a compromise between compact and large sized 'big pit' reels but still retains a large spool capacity. It can be used as a surf casting reel as well as a specimen or spodding reel. Shimano's instant drag allows for quick adjustment of the front drag setting. A powerful 4.6:1 retrieve ratio and three Shielded bearings give this reel imense winding power suited to playing large Carp and predators. Now fitted with automatic bail closure, rather than manual. Comes with two spare XT-7 spools.
