Delivery charges are calculated by product weight and value. If we have incorrectly charged you for the postage cost we will contact you to amend the cost.

Orders dispatched usually within 24 hours. Out of Stock orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will be informed by email if this is the case, or you can sign into your account to check your order status. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any reason.

Couriers

We use Parcel Force and Yodel couriers. In a few cases the Courier may choose another Courier to get your parcel to you due to how busy they are or your geographical location. We can not be held responsible if your parcel arrives by another Courier service or if it arrives late, as your parcel will have been dispatched on time by the correct service from our store.

Delivery to other than the Billing Address

To protect our customers and our selves from internet fraud when purchasing item(s) over the value of £100, whether singualarly or collectively, we can only dispatch these item(s) to the Billing Address. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
