What is it?

The pennel means both hooks go in to the same bait; a fish causes the 'pulley' by pulling your lead clear when hooked.

Where would I use it?

Ideal for targeting bigger fish with bigger baits on rough venues where tackle and fish losses can be high

How should I use it?

Connect a lead to the 10lb line, secure the rotten bottom clip, bait the pennel with a big bait as normal, and cast. If the lead becomes snagged, a steady pull should snap the 10lb line, allowing you to reel in the rig and land the fish.
